About NEXT Crafted

NEXT Crafted, Inc. was founded in 2017 by three longtime industry pros—Dragos, Scott, and Christopher—who shared a vision: build something better, more personal, and more local than what the big national builders were offering.

After decades working for the largest names in homebuilding, we saw the same things over and over: generic designs, red tape, and a disconnect between builder and buyer. We knew there was a better way—one built on trust, craftsmanship, and collaboration.

So, we launched NEXT Crafted right here in our own backyard—Sacramento. Locally owned, community-focused, and built on a combined 100+ years of experience, we set out to create custom homes and boutique communities that feel just as good to live in as they do to build.
